The bank called in a £7.5m overdraft this summer and the club made a loss of just over £6m. The player sales brought in £11m.

The two years in Premier League saw the club make an opearating profit both seasons but relegation sees the club with double the wage bill it had when they left the Chopionship and less money coming in.
