Your WSL nominees for November are...

Appearances: 3
Goals: 2
Assists: 0

Following a surprisingly poor start to the season, a resurgent Reading took seven points from a possible nine in the WSL in November and veteran forward Dowie played a key role in that.

Back in English football this season, she scored goals at crucial stages of the wins over Birmingham and Brighton, either side of a West Ham draw.

2. Jessie Fleming (Chelsea)

Appearances: 3
Goals: 2
Assists: 1

Olympic gold medallist Fleming has become Chelsea’s all-action star in recent weeks, with her versatility allowing her to make an impact all over the pitch.

Often operating in a more advanced role, she scored in successive wins over Aston Villa and Manchester City, as well as getting an assist in a rout over Birmingham.

3. Katie McCabe (Arsenal)

Appearances: 3
Goals: 1
Assists: 2

Arsenal's left-sided star is still performing with consistent excellence, finishing November with two big assists to her name.

McCabe's delivery was what gave Vivianne Miedema the last gasp equaliser in the north London derby, while she set up the same player to break the deadlock in a win over Manchester United. She also scored herself.

4. Beth Mead (Arsenal)

Appearances: 3
Goals: 1
Assists: 1

Only a combination of outstanding goalkeeping and the woodwork denied Mead a hatful of goals in the north London derby.

The England star did, however, get a goal and assist as Arsenal thrashed Birmingham and was a threat in their victory over Manchester United.

5. Ria Percival (Tottenham)

Appearances: 3
Clean sheets: 0
Goals: 1

Percival put in two big performances for Spurs in November against Manchester United and Arsenal, helping her team pick up valuable points in each for actions at both ends of the pitch.

Her lofty free-kick rescued a late draw against United, while she was a defensive stalwart as Spurs avoided defeat to Arsenal for the first time in the WSL – and were unlucky not to win.

6. Victoria Williams (Brighton)

Appearances: 3
Clean sheets: 2
Goals: 0

So much of Brighton’s continued improvement this season has been built on defensive resilience and Williams was a big part of that again in November.

She has been consistently impressive all season and contributed to important clean sheets in two 1-0 Seagulls wins in November, giving them six more points from a possible nine.
