Ujah came through the ranks at the Madejski Stadium, but never managed to break into the Royals' first team.
Ujah told the club's official website: "I am happy that it has all been sorted out, and that I am now a Yeovil player.
"Hopefully I can get my head down, work hard and push for a place in the first team."
