Reading were looking to keep a clean sheet and bring the tie goalless back to the Madejski before Andre Bikey fouled Steve Thompson in the box just 6 mins from time.

Bikey was booked, Burnley scored from the spot and then to make matters worse Bikey got himself sent off later in the game for kicking out at Robbie Blake and Bikey's season is now over.

Reading must now overcome the dreadful home form that's stopped them from getting an automatic promotion place and try to turn this tie upside down.
