Things started going right for the Royals when Wayne Hennesy punched into his own net in the opening minutes.

It took until the 71st minute before Andre Bikey heded home Reading's second and the win was complete when Kalifa Cisse added the third two mins from the end.

The win closed the gap on Wolves to 5 points and it inflicted the first league defeat on the Molineux outfit this season.

Reading are 3rd behind Wolves, who still top the table and Birmingham. Next up for Reading is a home game this Saturday against Burnley, the team who currently occupy 4th place.
