Reading MAD's Word Of The Day - Fit

Dave Kitson could be set to sign for Reading within the next few days, but if he is to do so he will have to first pass a fitness examination. Meanwhile, Lloyd Owusu had to have no such fitness checks, as the Royals don't bother checking to see that their loan signings have a clean bill of health. Reason enough for Reading MAD to declare fit their word of the day.

However, if we needed further evidence to dissuade our doubters who suggest we should label another word with the honoury status 'Word of the Day' we could make reference to the comments Jon Fearn made to the official site, regarding Lloyd Owusu's capture.

"We don't do medicals for loan players but I get the impression he is very fit. We're probably one of the fittest sides in the League and I think he will fit in with that," he somehow said with a straight face.

In honour of Mr Fearn's ability to fit the word fit in so many times to so short an utterance, Reading MAD have decided they have to make 'fit' their Word of the Day!

What's more, we've managed to do so without linking the word fit with the fact that Jon Fearn comes across as more than a little camp. Hurrah!
