Reading go 2nd with thumping win

Noel Hunts 13th minute goal, his 11th of the season gave Reading a lead that lasted until the 60th minute. The visitors then parted like the Red Sea to allow Kevein Phillips to run through the midfield before sending a raspining drive past Federici.

It only took 8 mins though for Reading to regain the lead. Kevin Doyles header fromStephen Hunts free kick gave Taylor no chance.


To wrap things up Kalifa Cisse headed in Reading's 3rd goal in the 82nd minute.

A win for Wolves means that Reading are 7 points behind the league leaders.

Next up The Royals face Cardiff at home (Friday 26th) and Southampton away (Sun 28th). The game against the Welsh side on Friday is heading towards a sellout with over 3,000 visitors coming along the M4.
