Rams Copy Royals With Shirt Dedication

Derby County have signed a new player for Saturday's game against the Royals, their new number twelve is none other than Derby County Fans.

How ironic it is that the Rams open their league campaign against Reading, the side who made waves in the football world last year by dedicating their number thirteen shirt to their supporters.
Kelvin Hector of Derby County MAD said: "John Gregory hope that number 12 this season will prove to be the spark in returning Derby County back into the Premiership."

Reading fans travelling to Pride Park tomorrow should sing loud and sing proud to prove that our fans deserve a place in our squad - helping the Royals to romp to victory.

Meanwhile, Luton Town have failed in their bid to sign goalkeeper Alan Combe from Dundee United. The player was unable to agree personal terms with the club. The Harriers transfer failure could pave the way for Joe Kinnear to sign Royals target Marcus Hahnemann.
