Pardew Wants More

Pardew admits that he will stick with a largely unchanged team for Saturday's game with fellow Play-Off chasers Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

The Royals boss says he will resist the temptation to switch the side around following the end of the long unbeaten run. However, another poor performance may prompt him to drop a few players he admitted.

Speaking to Reading World, Pards warned his players that they must put in an improved performance.

"I think it would be harsh on the players who have been getting results for me to react like that after one game, so I don't envisage that.

"I'll stay faithful to the players and hope that they improve on last week's performance because I though some of them weren't as good as they have been. It's up to them, if they put in another display like last week's they'll be under pressure."
