"We made some poor decisions ourselves in that first half, and then we conceded a terrible goal, it was a shabby effort to give away. That changed the game.
"I felt it was a shabby goal that we conceded. It was offside, and the linesman was right there and didn't give it, which is disappointing.
"But there was a lot wrong with the way we defended that free-kick, we had worked in the week on filling our goal line with players and we were deliberately deep.
"But it was not set up the way we planned and although I take responsibility for the system it was not how it should have been put into operation.
"But their lad was offside when the ball was kicked, ran onside to get his header in, and it should have been penalised."
