Leroy Lita did himself plenty of favours with another goal, a goal that looked to have won England a place in the final. But the Dutch scored with a minute left on the clock to force extra time. That ended level and so onto penalties.
Leroy was off the pitch when the penalties started and could only watch in despair as England lost 13 - 12 on spot kicks.
With four goals in the tournament Leroy's profile has been considerably raised.
