Holland, who went to the World Cup with the Republic of Ireland, believes the Tractor Boys must get back to winning ways in their upcoming run offive consecutive home league and cup matches.

The defensive midfielder admitted his side were disappointed to come away from the Madejski Stadium pointless on Saturday after making such a good start to the second half, pulling the scoreline back to 2-1.

He told the Ipswich Official Site: "We got ourselves back in the game at 2-1 and I could see us going on to win it, let alone draw the match.

"But the game turned with Pablo's red card and then their third goal a minute or so later and that made it very difficult for us to get back in the match.

"Yet again we shot ourselves in the foot and we have got to get some consistency in our play.

"We now have a run of home games that can act as a springboard to get our season up and running."

Town will hope to get back to winning ways tomorrow night, they face an in-form Burnley side who currently find themselves up near the Play Offs.

Holland added: "Burnley will not be an easy match. They had a bad start to the season but are on a good run now and we know it will be a tough game.

"But we need to get a run going and with the next five matches at home, we have got to take advantage of that."
