Reading v West Ham - Ticket Info

Three-days after their opening game of the season on August 7th, the Royals will be doing battle with West Ham in round two of the ultimate fight - Alan Pardew v Reading FC.

Steve Coppell's side will take to the field at 8pm at Upton Park on Tuesday 10th August with more than three points on their mind.

Alan Pardew broke Madejski Stadium hearts last September by walking out on the club to manage East London 'giants' West ham.

But revenge for his departure was sweet for the Royals when they tore West Ham to shreds back in April, defeating them 2-0 in Alan Pardew's first game against his former club.

Now the ex-Royals boss be desperate to erase all memories of the April humbling at the Madejski. And with ex-Spurs duo Sergei Rebrov and Teddy Sheringham up front for the Hammers Marcus Hahnemann and Co could have a difficult evening.

But with Bobby Convey, Glen Little, Nicky Forster and Dave Kitson tormenting the West Ham defence it could be an exciting all-action evening of football.

Tickets for the enticing encounter go on sale to season ticket holders next Tuesday on a one per season ticket basis. Member card holders and STAR members will be able to purchase tickets from Thursday 5th August, before any remaining tickets go on general sale on the Friday of that week.

Kids (under 16s) can buy tickets for the game for just £1, but adults will have to pay a whopping £24. Tickets for over 65s are £12 whilst wheelchair bays will cost £15.

STAR coach travel is also available, with coaches departing from the Madejski Stadium at 3.30pm and 3.15pm from Station Hill. Coach tickets cost £10.

To purchase tickets fans should call in at the ticket office or phone the box office on 0118 968 1000.

The game is being screened live on Sky Sports.
