Reading v Oxford United - Ticket Info

Last updated : 06 August 2004 By Rob Cooper
Reading return to the Kassam Stadium on August 25th, hoping for a repeat of last season's fiery 3-1 cup victory.

The Royals have been allocated 2,844 tickets for their Carling Cup first round clash, but fans will have to get in quick if they wish to attend this hotly-anticipated local derby.

Although the allocation is relatively large, the match will attract such interest that the Royals are bound to sell all their tickets, so fans must get in quick if they wish to attend the game.

However, it is hoped that the U's will make further tickets available for Reading should they sell out their allocation.

Tickets will cost £15.50 for adults, £9.50 for under 16s and over 65s, £12 for students and £15.50 for wheelchair users.

If any tickets remain on matchday they will cost £18.50 for adults, £12 for under 16s and over 65s and £14.50 for students.

Season ticket holders can buy tickets for the game from Tuesday 10th August on a two per season ticket basis, however they must be ready to quote their member card number when booking.

Member card holders and STAR members can book from Wednesday 11th, member card holders are permitted a maximum of two per member, STAR members just one each.

Remaining tickets will go on general sale on Thursday 12th August.
